USUAL TURNAROUND TIME IS APPROX. 1-2 WEEKS FOR NEW ORDERS WHEN ALL PARTS ARE IN STOCK (please NOTE: pre-orders may differ, and usually have an estimated shipment timeframe in the item description).

NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU PAY AT CHECKOUT:  All effects are built-to-order we have to order inventory based on current demand, and original workmanship is guaranteed.  Turnaround times are estimates and may be quicker or longer than the original estimate.  Thanks in advance for your patience!

Enclosures may have minor blemishes from handling during assembly, testing, or shipping.  We do our best to handle and ship them all safely so please forgive any small cosmetic defects.  They are built by hand after all, not by factory robots.

Limited warranty (non-transferrable from original owner) covers internal defects with any "original workmanship"...but especially does NOT cover abuse, damage from weather or liquids, or connection of improper power supply devices.  All units are compatible with industry standard 9VDC (negative center) power supplies unless specifically stated otherwise.

GREMLIN MACHINE SHOP cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue due to any malfunction of our products used during any type of recording or live performance.
